The Service

Starry Labs is an online, self-paced course that teaches you to design, build, and launch websites using AI, with optional advanced tracks. We may update, improve, or change course content over time.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans start at $99/month and renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Prices may change; we will give notice of any change before it applies to you.

Refunds

Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@starrylabs.io.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: reselling or redistributing course content without permission; attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or using it for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

The course content, materials, and Site are owned by Starry Labs and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content for your own learning. Projects and websites you build are yours.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, earnings, or results — your results depend on your own effort and circumstances.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Starry Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above when we do, and continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
